Due to the nature of our skincare products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item

• Your product arrived damaged or defective

 

ELIGIBILITY

• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

• Proof of purchase is required

• Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

 

PROCESS

• Contact us with your order number and issue

• If approved, you may be required to return the item

• Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be issued to your original payment method

• Replacement items will be shipped after verification

 

Please allow 2–5 business days for refunds to process depending on your bank.

• Items reported after the 3-day window
